Performance & Screen Acting Intensive

This summer, Dramahouse offers a fun theatre based acting course for teens,
focused on developing performance skills, creativity, and confidence in a supportive
environment.
Led by professional actor and director Aoife Spratt, this course is perfect for
performers of all experience levels. Each day consists of two workshops, exploring a
wide range of theatre styles and performance techniques.
What to Expect Each Day:
Students will dive into a rotating schedule of engaging workshops with experienced
faciliators, including:
• Ensemble Performance – Build teamwork, trust, and stage presence
• Musical Theatre – Combine singing, movement, and acting.
• Commedia dell’Arte – Discover physical comedy and classic character work
• Devising – Create original performances from scratch
• Scene Study – Develop scripts, characters, and emotional depth
• Stage Combat – Learn safe, realistic techniques for action scenes
• Acting for Camera – Explore on-screen performance skills and techniques
